Comprehensive Reflection & Progress Tracker: Healing from Trauma

Instructions: This tool is designed to help you reflect on your trauma recovery process and track your progress over time. There are no right or wrong answers. Be honest and kind with yourself. You may want to complete this monthly, quarterly, or before/after a specific program or coaching cycle.


Section A: Core Self-Concept & Identity
